The stark contrast exposes the irony: war dressed up as a fairytale, militarism packaged as the future.

二 | 原因方面：随着公司人工智能战略稳步推进，在人工智能与云计算业务方向的投入力度持续加大，业务规模取得显著增长，前期投入已见回报。2026 年上半年，公司“AI+云计算”业务实现收入约 2.04 亿元，同比增长约 550%，总资产较上年年末增加约 106%。本次采购，有利于进一步扩大云计算业务规模，有利于推进公司技术产品研发，深度融入云计算产业生态链，系公司落地人工智能战略、持续推进业务升级转型的重要布局。本次购买设备成交金额为参照市场价格并经双方协商确认，价格合理、公允，不存在影响公司及全体股东利益的情形。
